Refund policy

Our refund policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within a certain timeframe.

1. Can I return my item?

For sanitary reasons, we only accept returns for store credit if the item meets our return eligibility criteria. For customers in the USA, we offer free return shipping via prepaid shipping labels. For returns outside the US, you may ship the item to our international warehouse at your own cost.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:


1. The item must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.


2. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags intact.


3. Items must not be marked as FINAL SALE or purchased with a discount of

25% or more.


Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.


3. Do you offer refunds?

For sanitary reasons, we do not offer cash refunds. All approved returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a non-expiring digital gift card. This credit can be used toward any future purchase on our site.

4. Can I exchange my item for a different size?

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, you can return your item for store credit and place a new order using that credit.

5. How do I start a return?

If you're in the US:

Please email support@newmodern.co with your order number and reason for return. If your return is eligible, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.


If you're outside the US:
Please email support@newmodern.co with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we’ll send you instructions on how to return your item to our international warehouse. Return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

6. When will I receive my store credit?

Store credit will be issued within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item(s). Be sure to check your spam or promotions folder for the email.

7. Received the wrong or damaged item?

Please contact us at support@newmodern.co right away with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.

8. My package was marked delivered, but it’s missing.

If your order shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with your neighbors or local courier first. While we can’t offer refunds on lost packages marked as delivered, we may be able to offer a reshipment (shipping fee applies) or store credit, depending on the situation.
